The EX-20 application form is specifically for British citizens who want to register their residency as beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement. It is available online.
If you are submitting your residency application on your own, you will most probably have to complete just Sections 1 and 4 of the EX-20 application form. Complete Section 2 (Datos del Representante a Efectos de Presentación de la Solicitud) if a representative is submitting your application on your behalf and Section 3 (Domicilio a Efectos de Notificaciones) if you wish to receive notifications at another address from the one indicated in Section 1.
At the end of page 1 (under Section 3), you will see a check box asking you if communications and notifications be made to you by electronic means – only check this box if you have valid digital certificate in Spain to access these notifications.
